Hourly Rate

For flexible, ad-hoc support (pay as you go):

  • £40 per hour (minimum 1 hour)
  • Ideal for short admin tasks, formatting documents or one-off requests
  • Time tracked and reported clearly

Retainer packages

For regular support with priority scheduling:

  • 5 hours/month: £175
  • 10 hours/month: £350
  • 20 hours/month: £700
  • 30 hours/month: £1050

Includes:

  • Priority booking and dedicated hours
  • Monthly summary report of completed work
  • Payable upfront – Non-refundable
  • Unused time not rolled over

Custom retainers available if you need a different rhythm.

Project pricing

For one-off projects like:

  • Logo design or visual branding
  • Setting up admin systems or templates
  • Event planning and coordination
